1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeakPlug (“SaaS Spend Analytics”), a service operated by the individual enterprise (Entreprise Individuelle - EI) LeakPlug, registered at 229 Rue Solférino, 59000 Lille, France (SIRET: 952 802 817 00025), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
LeakPlug is a SaaS diagnostic and spend analysis tool. We provide automated systems to analyze transaction data via manual CSV file uploads, detecting duplicate tools, seat redundancies, and category overlaps. LeakPlug does not establish direct live API connections to bank accounts. Our service processes the uploaded CSV text in-memory and generates a downloadable premium PDF spend report.
3. Payments, Refunds & Merchant of Record
All purchases of our premium analysis reports are processed securely.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
LeakPlug is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain high accuracy through our parsing modules, we do not warrant that the analysis results will be 100% free of errors or omissions.
