Payments and Statutory Refund Rights
1. Merchant of Record Transaction
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, international payment processing, local tax compliance, and billing refunds.
2. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union and United Kingdom distance selling laws, consumer buyers possess a statutory right to cancel digital subscription or diagnostic orders within 14 days without giving any reason.

By proceeding with checkout and unlocking the premium report, you express consent to begin execution of the contract immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is fully unlocked or downloaded.
